§ 72.08 VOLUNTEER PARKING ENFORCEMENT SPECIALISTS.

The City Manager or designee is hereby authorized to establish a volunteer parking enforcement specialist program for parking for persons with physical disabilities, in accordance with A.R.S. § 28-886, to issue citations for violations of § 72.07 of the city code.
