§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   A violation of § 71.15(D) shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor.

   (C)   Violations of § 71.14 and § 71.15 shall be designated a civil traffic violation unless otherwise designated and shall be prosecuted in the same manner as provided by law for other civil traffic violations.
