(A) In order that officers, agents, and employees of permittee will be informed of the city’s requirements, permittee shall make available to their employees copies of this subchapter together with such other wastewater information and notices which may be furnished by the city from time to time for the purpose of improving and making more effective water pollution control.
(B) A notice shall be furnished and permanently posted on the permittee’s bulletin board advising officers, agents, and employees who to call in case of an accidental discharge in excess of the limits authorized by the permit.
