(A) All sewer user accounts shall be carried on the books of the city by the street address, tax parcel ID number and assigned account number. All notices sent out by the city regarding sewer user accounts, and all notices regarding any other matter pertaining to the use of the city POTW, shall be sent to the street address of the property. Should the owner of the property desire notices be sent to an alternative or additional address, the owner shall submit a mailing address to the city's Customer Services Division. To ensure proper delivery of notices, all errors in street addresses should be promptly reported in writing to the city's Customer Services Division.
