(A) The fee for any permit required pursuant to the terms of this subchapter shall be established and modified by Council resolution from time to time. The water user will be responsible for initial testing after installation. Fees shall be payable at the time of obtaining a permit.
(B) The Department may adopt from time to time, rules and regulations required to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
(C) All such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of law. Violation of same shall be considered a violation of city code and prosecuted as such.
