§ 154.035 ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCIES.

   The following will have primary responsibility of administering this chapter as established and prescribed in this subchapter:

   (A)   City Council as established in Chapter 32 of this city code;

   (B)   Planning and Zoning Commission;

   (C)   Board of Adjustment; and

   (D)   Zoning Administrator.
