§ 50.063 BILLING DISPUTES.
Any customer who believes the amount of his or her utility bill is incorrect may dispute the amount of the bill by submitting, in person, a written dispute of the bill to the city. The filing of a dispute does not extend the delinquency date for payment of the bill or exempt the customer from delinquency penalties and related fees if payment is delinquent. If a dispute is upheld, the city will reimburse any overpayment.
