§ 155.01 ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
The Village Board of Trustees hereby adopts the Elm Creek Zoning and Subdivision Regulations for the village, including the zoning jurisdiction extending one mile from the corporate limits of the village, as recommended by the Elm Creek Planning Commission after the completion of the required public hearings. One copy of the Zoning and Subdivision Regulations is on file at the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection at any reasonable time.
