§ 153.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
A permit to establish and maintain a trailer camp may be revoked by the governing body for cause, at any time, for a violation of the provisions of this Municipal Code or of the rules and regulations relating to trailers, or for any other cause or conduct reasonably deemed by the governing body as sufficient cause of revocation of such permit. Before the revocation of such permit, the municipality shall cause to be served on the operator of such trailer camp, a notice to appear and show cause on a specified day and at a specified time, why his or her permit for his or her trailer camp should not be revoked. Such notice to show cause may be served by mailing the same in the United States mail to the address of the operator given in his or her application in such permit with sufficient postage affixed thereto. The operator of the trailer camp involved shall be given reasonable opportunity to be heard at the time fixed for his or her appearance to show cause, and no permit for such trailer camp shall be revoked until the operator involved has been heard at the designated time if he or she desires to be heard.
