The Village Board of Trustees hereby adopts the Comprehensive Development Plan for the village, including the zoning jurisdiction extending one mile from the corporate limits of the village, as recommended by the Elm Creek Planning Commission after the completion of the required public hearings. The Comprehensive Development Plan is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. One copy of the Comprehensive Development Plan is on file at the office of the Village Clerk and available for inspection at any reasonable time.
