§ 150.04 ADMINISTRATOR ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The Village Clerk shall be appointed to these additional responsibilities by resolution of the governing body and his or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and satisfactory service. During temporary absence or disability of the Village Clerk, the governing body of the village shall designate an acting Administrator.
