§ 133.43 UNLICENSED OR INOPERABLE VEHICLES.
   No person in charge or control of any property within the municipality, other than municipal property, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee, or otherwise, shall store, retain, or keep on, or permit to be stored, retained, or kept on a private premises any motor vehicle that has been unlicensed for a period in excess of four months under the laws of the State of Nebraska or allow any partially dismantled, inoperable, wrecked, junked, or discarded vehicle, including a motor vehicle body, motor vehicle chassis, or parts therefrom, to remain on such property longer than seven days. Provided, this section shall apply to a vehicle in an enclosed building or an appropriate storage place or depository approved by the governing body of the village and maintained in a lawful place and manner.
