§ 93.051 STREETS; CROSSINGS.
   The Board of Trustees may order and cause to be constructed, under the supervision of the municipal official in charge of streets, those street, avenue, and alley crossings as the Board of Trustees shall deem necessary. When a petition for the construction of any such crossings is filed by an interested resident in the office of the Municipal Clerk, the Municipal Clerk shall refer that application to the Utilities Superintendent, who shall investigate and make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees. Action by the Board of Trustees on the application, whether the application is approved or rejected, shall be considered final.
