§ 91.079 PROHIBITION.
   From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be and hereby is determined to be unlawful for any person to keep, maintain, or confine any domestic farm animals, exotic animals, or fowl within the corporate limits of the village, unless a special permit is issued for such by the Municipal Board.
