§ 91.076 ANIMAL SHELTER.
   The Animal Shelter shall be safe, suitable, and conveniently located for the impounding, keeping, and destruction of animals. The said shelter shall be sanitary, ventilated, and lighted. The location of the Animal Shelter shall be determined by the Animal Control Authority and shall be the facility of a licensed veterinarian.
