§ 91.056 RABIES CONTROL; UNAUTHORIZED DESTRUCTION OR REMOVAL OF SUSPECTED ANIMALS.
   No persons shall kill, or cause to be killed, any rabid animal, any animal suspected of having been exposed to rabies, or any animal biting a human, except as provided by this chapter, nor remove same from the municipal limits without written permission from the Animal Control Authority. The carcass of any dead animal exposed to rabies shall upon demand be surrendered to the Animal Control Authority. (1991 Code, § 6-132) (Ord. 589, passed 4-20-2000)
