§ 91.029 IMPOUNDMENT; UNNECESSARY IF OWNER IS KNOWN.
   When licensed dogs are found running at large and their ownership is known to the agents of the Animal Control Authority, such dogs need not be impounded, but the agent may cite the owners of such dogs to appear in court to answer charges of violation of this chapter.
