§ 91.004 SHELTERS AND ENCLOSURES; SANITATION.
   (A)   No owner or tenant of any premises shall fail to keep the shelters and enclosures in which his or her dogs are kept or maintained in a sanitary condition.
   (B)   At a minimum such persons shall:
      (1)   Remove or dispose of bedding, offal manure, and waste materials accumulating from such dogs in a sanitary manner at least once every seven days; and
      (2)   Clean and disinfect said shelters and enclosures so as to prevent the breeding of flies and insects and the emission of deleterious and offensive odors therefrom.
