§ 53.048 INSTALLATION EXPENSE.
   The customer, upon approval of his or her application for sewer service, shall pay to the Utilities Superintendent a tap fee which compensate the municipality for the expense of processing his or her application and tapping the sewer main. The customer shall pay the cost of installation and materials from property line to his or her premises as well as the tap fee.
