§ 52.20 POLICE REPORTS.
   It shall be the duty of the Municipal Police Department to report to the Utilities Superintendent all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of the Municipal Code relating to the Water Department. It shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all such regulations.
