§ 51.12 COLLECTION; FREQUENCY.
   Refuse shall be collected once weekly for residential customers and twice weekly for commercial customers. Hotels, restaurants, institutions, and commercial establishments may be required to have more frequent collection if determined by the governing body to be essential to protect the public health.
