§ 51.09 GARBAGE AND REFUSE COLLECTION; LIEN.
    Whenever the village removes any garbage or refuse, or causes it to be removed, from any lot or land pursuant to this section, it shall, after a hearing conducted by the Board of Trustees, assess the cost of the removal against the lot or land.
