232.09 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES.

In addition to the responsibilities contained in this chapter, Council may, by resolution, from time to time, adopt an outline and summary of other general responsibilities to guide the Manager through the administration of the general operations of the Borough. Such resolution shall have the same effect and purpose as if it were a part of this chapter.
