214.03   ALLOCATION OF REVENUES PAYABLE TO THE BOROUGH.
   (a)   All revenues of any nature payable in any manner for services rendered by the Borough or for services rendered by individual employees acting on behalf of the Borough be directed to the Borough finance office immediately upon receipt of same.
   (b)   Any individual employee who is either acting on behalf of the Borough or being paid by the Borough while rendering services for which reimbursement will be made shall relinquish such remuneration to the Borough upon receipt of the same. Such matters may include but not be limited to:
      (1)   Payments made to individual employees from an insurance company to whom the Borough is paying the premium which reimburses the employee for wages such as disability, Heart & Lung, workers compensation and any other type of wage reimbursement for which the employee continues to receive full wages from the Borough.
      (2)   Payments made to individual employees when serving on jury duty for any days of which the employee is receiving full pay from the Borough.
      (3)   Payments made to individual employees who are required to appear in court or before any judiciary branch or arm thereof as a witness or render other services on behalf of the Borough or other legal matter for which the employee is receiving full pay from the Borough during said period of time. This excludes any mileage reimbursement.
      (4)   Payments made to individual employees who offer police protection for any event such as but not limited to football games, basketball games, school dances, security for social events such as bazaars, festivals or any other such occasion during which the police officer is employed by the Borough and receiving remuneration from the Borough through payroll for rendering security protection.
   (c)   Any employee willfully and knowingly withholding funds which were made payable to the individual which rightfully should be submitted to the Borough as reimbursement for services rendered by the employee who acted on behalf of the Borough while receiving full payment from the Borough shall be subject to disciplinary action.
