Benefits for the Manager, the Director of Public Works, the Electric Superintendent, the Police Chief, the Fire Chief, the Wastewater Treatment Plant Chief Operator, the Secretary/Treasurer, the Assistant Operator/Lab Technician and the Solicitor shall include the following, except for the Borough Solicitor, whose benefits shall be limited to the health insurance coverage:
(a) Vacations.

(b) Sick Leave.
(1) Thirteen days per year, accumulating to sixty-five.
(2) Supplemental emergency sick leave of sixty days, if confined to the hospital.
(c) Holidays.
(1) New Year's Day
(2) Good Friday
(3) Memorial Day
(4) Flag Day
(5) Independence Day
(6) Labor Day
(7) Columbus Day
(8) Veterans Day
(9) Thanksgiving Day
(10) The day following Thanksgiving Day
(11) Christmas Day
(12) The day following Christmas Day.
(d) Personal Days. Two personal days per year.
(e) Health Insurance. The Borough shall pay all insurance premiums for health, hospitalization and surgical coverage now in effect, as well as dental coverage.
(f) Funeral Leave.
(1) Three working days for the funeral of a wife, husband, father, mother, child, step-parent, father/mother-in-law, grandchild, brother, sister, brother/sister-in-law or grandparent.
(2) One working day for the funeral of an aunt or uncle.
(g) Disability Insurance. The Borough shall provide disability insurance, with the benefit beginning the first day of an accident or the eighth day of a sickness, in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week.
