(A) Within 60 days after the secondary approval of a plat or a phase thereof, the petitioner shall have a fully-signed original of the plat recorded with the County Recorder, and shall deliver one copy of the recorded plat to the following agencies:
(1) The town;
(2) The County Auditor; and
(3) The County Surveyor.
(B) The petitioner shall be responsible for payment of all fees required for recording and copying of the plat.
