§ 153.013  FILING FEE.
   (A)   The filing fee and the costs and fees associated with the public hearing shall be as set forth in § 152.363, and shall be paid by the petitioner.
   (B)   The filing fee shall be paid prior to scheduling a date for the public hearing.
