(A) A license fee shall be charged by the Clerk-Treasurer in the following amount:
(1) $5 per week;
(2) $10 per month; or
(3) $50 per year.
(B) The license fees provided by this section shall not be so inclined as to occasion an undue burden upon interstate commerce. In any case where a license fee is believed by an applicant for a license or a licensee to place an undue burden upon interstate commerce, he or she may apply to the Town Council for an adjustment of the fee so that it will not be discriminatory, unreasonable, or unfair as to interstate commerce.
