§ 110.15  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of selling, peddling, soliciting, canvassing, hawking, or similar activity as a transient merchant, peddler, or solicitor in the town without first obtaining and maintaining a valid license to engage in that business as provided in this chapter.
