§ 110.02  EXEMPTIONS.
   This chapter shall not apply to the following activities and persons:
   (A)   The selling of personal property at wholesale to retailers in the town;
   (B)   Merchants or their employees in taking orders for goods and services in the houses of customers;
   (C)   The acts of merchants and businesspeople and their employees in delivering goods so ordered by their customers;
   (D)   Newspaper carriers;
   (E)   Vendors of milk, bakery products, groceries, or ice who distribute their products to regular customers on established routes;
   (F)   Farmers or truck gardeners who vend, sell, dispose of, or offer to sell, vend, or dispose of the products of the farms or gardens occupied and cultivated by them;
   (G)   Children under the age of 16;
   (H)   Students of the Richland-Beanblossom School System;
   (I)   Clubs or organizations making sales on a charitable or non-profit basis;
   (J)   Sales required by statute or by order of any court; or
   (K)   Auction sales conducted pursuant to law.
