§ 95.02  BOARD COMPOSITION.
   The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of:
   (A)   Four members appointed by the executive on the basis of their interest in and knowledge of parks and recreation.  No more than two members shall be of the same political party; and
   (B)   One ex-officio member shall be appointed from the Richland Bean Blossom School Corporation’s Board of Directors.
