(A) The positions of Deputy Health Officer are hereby created.
(B) No funds shall be appropriated for salary for the positions of Deputy Health Officer.
(C) Deputy Health Officer(s) are authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter with the consent of the Town Health Officer.
(D) Deputy Health Officer(s) shall be, a combination of Planning Department and Street Department employees, and the Town Marshal and authorized deputies from the Police Department.
(E) Deputy Health Officer(s) shall seek the approval of the Town Health Officer before initiating or taking any formal action on any investigation.
