§ 152.161  STORMWATER DRAINAGE DESIGN.
   The proposed development within a storm water drainage system shall be designed in accordance with the Monroe County drainage standards.  Enclosed storm water control systems shall be utilized rather than surface control where possible.  The drainage system shall consist of concrete curbs and gutters along all paved streets, pipes, stormwater inlets, catch basins, and flared pipe end-sections, together with surface stormwater control systems consisting of natural and engineered drainage ways, and stormwater detention areas.  The system design shall be certified by a registered professional engineer or surveyor.
