§ 97.04 PLANTING OF STREET TREES.

Street trees which are required in Chapter 153 of the town code of ordinances shall be planted by the developer in accordance with a list of permitted street trees which have been approved by the Plan Commission. The list of street trees shall be maintained by the Department of Planning.
