§ 94.05  SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES.
   The town does not elect to be responsible for the sale of abandoned vehicles and parts and defers to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles as the governmental agency with the authority and responsibility under I.C. 9-13-2-1 and 9-22-1 for the sale of abandoned vehicles and parts.
