§ 94.02 PURPOSE.

This chapter establishes the procedures for carrying out within the incorporated areas of the town the provisions of I.C. 9-13-2-1 and 9-22-1, which prescribe the requirements for the removal, storage, and disposal of abandoned vehicles in this state.
