(A) A requirement that an ordinance or resolution be passed by a majority vote of the Council means a majority vote of all the elected members, which is a vote of three members.
(B) A requirement that an ordinance or resolution be passed by a two-thirds vote of the Council means at least a two-thirds vote of all the elected members, which is a vote of four members.
(C) A requirement that an ordinance or resolution be passed by a three-fourths vote of the Town Council means at least a three-fourths vote of all the elected members, which is a vote of four members.
