(A) This section applies only to fire fighting employees who were hired before July 1, 1999.
(B) Personnel that have achieved certificates in Master categories prior to July 1, 1999 will still be recognized at the Ellettsville Fire Department.
(C) Personnel that hold Master equal or cross over classes will be compensated for one class only. Example: If you have a Master in Driver Operator and the Advanced Driver Operator you will be paid for one class only.
(D) Master and advanced classes as well as EMT will be paid at a rate of $250 per class.
(E) Advanced classes are those classes recognized as adopted by Indiana as standard.
