§ 36.135  DEFERRED COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The town offers a voluntary deferred compensation program to eligible employees. 
   (B)   Full-time employees may participate in a deferred compensation program.  This program is a way to set aside part of an employee’s income through voluntary payroll deductions that defer tax liabilities on this income until retirement.  Different investment options are available and may be discussed with a representative of the company, which administers the deferred compensation program.
