§ 36.104  EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE CHECKS AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.
   To ensure that individuals who are employed by the town are well qualified and have a strong potential to be productive and successful, it is the policy of the town to check the employment references of all applicants.  In addition, criminal record checks may be conducted.  Information regarding this procedure is contained in the “Employment History and Work Experience” section of the town’s Employment Application.
