§ 36.102  APPLICANT TESTING.
   (A)   The town shall screen each applicant for a particular position using the following criteria except where said criteria cannot be shown to be job related:
      (1)   Prior job related work experience. 
      (2)   Education.
      (3)   Physical ability required for position.
      (4)   Work history.
      (5)   Applicant’s ambitions and goals.
      (6)   Special qualifications, licenses or certifications required by the position.  Note:  Street and Utility Departments must have a CDL Class A license upon hire and maintain the license throughout employment.
   (B)   Each Department may vary the types of tests or evaluations based on the department needs.
   (C)   It shall be the responsibility of the supervisor to select for interview a reasonable number of applicants based on the foregoing criteria.
