§ 33.79 VIDEOTAPES.

(A) A fee of $12 per tape shall be charged for each copy made of any videotape in the possession of or under the control of the Police Department that is associated with any criminal case or motor vehicle accident.

(B) The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit $4 in the General Funds and $8 in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
