§ 33.77  CRIMINAL CASE REPORT COPY.
   (A)   A fee of $5 shall be charged for each copy made of any criminal case report secured by the Town Marshal or any of his or her deputies.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit these fees in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
