(A) A fee of $8 shall be charged for each copy made of any written report of the information required by I.C. 9-29-11-1 to be secured by the Town Marshal or any of his or her deputies who, while in the discharge of his or her duties, goes to the scene of or investigates any accident resulting from the operation of any vehicle upon any public highway that results in bodily injury, death, or damage to property of any person.
(B) The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit these copy fees in the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
