The Town Council is hereby designated as the purchasing agency for the town with all the powers and duties authorized under I.C. 5-22. The Clerk-Treasurer, the Town Manager, the Town Marshal, the Fire Chief, the Street Supervisor, the Utilities Supervisor, the Planning Director and the Sewage Treatment Manager are hereby designated as purchasing agents. The purchasing agency may also designate in writing additional purchasing agents as necessary.
