§ 152.313  OFFICERS, MEETINGS AND PROCEDURES.
   At the first regular meeting of the year the Plan Commission shall elect a President, Vice President and Secretary.  A regular meeting time will be determined.  Monthly meetings will be held pending the filing of new zoning petitions.  Special meetings may be called to be held by the President of the Commission with public notice posted at least 48 hours in advance.  All meetings are open to the public with the exception of executive sessions held to discuss litigation or personnel.  Commissioners may be paid for each meeting attended as determined yearly by the Town Council.  A member excusing themselves due to a conflict of interest from any part of a meeting shall not be paid for the meeting.  All documents relative to any hearing must be delivered to Town Hall at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
