§ 152.310 ESTABLISHMENT AND MEMBERSHIP.

The Town Council hereby establishes a Plan Commission to consist of seven members. The Ellettsville Plan Commission shall consist of membership as specified in I.C. 36-7-4-207(b), as amended.
