§ 71.18  DENIAL OR RESTRICTION; APPEALS.
   If an application is denied or, as restricted, is unacceptable to the applicant, the applicant has the right to appeal the decision of the Town Marshal to the Town Council at a regularly scheduled public meeting of the Council.
