§ 70.04 DEPOSIT OF FINES INTO GENERAL FUND.

(B) All monies or fines collected for violations of parking ordinances shall be deposited and equally divided between the town’s General Fund and the Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.

(C) All monies or funds collected for violations of any other regulation or ordinances adopted by the town shall be deposited in the town’s General Fund unless specified otherwise in the ordinance.
