Auction barn, livestock auction barn, cemetery, airport landing field, composting facility, wireless tower, new quarrying, lumber mill, stone sales, high impact music venues, water parks or amusements, yard waste dump, agricultural materials storage or other uncommon uses which may need formal conditions of approval to fit better into the locational context of the area.
